Anchor and steaming lights. Boom toppinglift cleat. Anodized aluminum boom equipped with double reefing line system

Annual spring commissioning service:
Launch
Step and rig complete including sails and running rigging
Check standing rigging, wash spar, install spreaders, check all lights and masthead electronics incl windex and VHF antenna.
Step spar, pin in place
Connect wiring and check operation of instruments
Static rig tune, incl taping turnbuckles
Attach boom and running rigging, hoist sails, lower sails, secure and cover

Cleaning for commission complete
Exterior will be soap washed, rinsed and chamois dried
All windows, isinglass and stainless steel will be chamois dried
Interior work includes removal and vacuuming of carpet and cushions in cockpit and their surfaces. All interior components will be wiped down including head and sinks

Annual July or August Detailed Cleaning of Interior and Exterior

October decommissioning and winterizing
Winterize - stabilize fuel system, drain oil and change filter on engine and transmission, remove all water from lines and tanks, [ump bilge dry and prep for storage
Sails removed and stored on board, unstep spar, derig and store mast on rack
Clean and wax hull sides sheer to waterline
Prep bottom and apply Micron CSC Red antifouling paint

Wood finishing - October 2015
Quote and advise varnish needs for cockpit table, swim ladder, toe rails and handrails
Prep and apply - table; remove all finish from top and edges, apply 2 coats of Sikkens Cetol to top and edges and third coat of Sikkens Gloss to entire table

Wood finishing - July 2016
Prep and apply Sikkens - handrails; spot in thin or damaged areas and apply one full coat Sikkens Original

Wood finishing - Jauary 2017
Prep and apply Sikkens - strip existing toerails finish and apply one coat Sikkens Cetol

Wood finishing - October 2017
Varnish brightwork - strip existing finish on toerails, handrails and companionway trim. Prep and apply 2 coats Cetol Light followed by 1 coat Sikkens Gloss
